First Beyond Call of 2026
April 2026
Last year, we launched Beyond Call as part of our ongoing commitment to advancing medical education within the anesthesia community. This event series offers the opportunity to engage with our clinical executive leadership and learn about the business and operational side of anesthesia. Topics include employment models, facility types, and guidance on navigating the job search as an entry‑level anesthesia provider. We’re excited to announce that Tuesday, April 14 will mark our first Beyond Call event of 2026, hosted in Fort Worth, Texas. Previously exclusive to residents, this session has been expanded in response to growing interest and will now be tailored specifically for SRNAs. The event will be led by our Chief Administrative Officer, Andrew Sanders, DNAP, MBA. Current SRNAs and CRNAs interested in attending are encouraged to contact Natasha Pizarro, CPRP or send us a direct message for event details. We look forward to connecting with you in the coming weeks!

Annual Crawfish Boil
March 2026
Another crawfish boil in the books! Our annual tradition brings together our entire team, from clinical to corporate, along with their families, to celebrate the people who make our organization thrive. Events like this go beyond good food and fun. They’re a big part of what makes our culture special. It’s always a joy to see our clinicians outside the operating room and our corporate team away from their screens. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this event such a success! A big congratulations to our Paris Surgery Center team for taking home the cornhole championship!

SMU Leaders of Leadership
March 2026

The event featured keynote speaker Kevin O'Leary, co-hosted by Nirav Tolia. This event provided our team with insight and inspiration on building, leading, and elevating high-performing teams and organizations. We’re grateful to SMU, Kevin, and Nirav for hosting such an incredible presentation and conversation.

D Magazine DCEO Excellence in Healthcare Awards Dinner
December 2025
We had the honor of attending the D CEO Excellence in Healthcare Awards, hosted by D Magazine—an evening dedicated to recognizing innovation, leadership, and meaningful impact across the healthcare industry. Being named a finalist in the Achievement in Wellness Programs category was especially meaningful to our organization, as it reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering a culture where clinicians feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive both personally and professionally.
