Aesha Shukla, MBA

With nine years in the anesthesia space, Aesha has led initiatives to improve clinician wellness, patient satisfaction, and clinical quality. She has spoken at national conferences and contributed to leading journals such as JAMA, Anesthesiology, and Anesthesia & Analgesia on topics ranging from pediatric anesthesia to scaling quality programs. Aesha holds an MBA and MHA from the University of Houston–Clear Lake, a CPQH certification, and most recently completed the Strategic Healthcare Leadership Certification at Cornell and earned her CPXP credential. Her prior roles include executive leadership at a large anesthesia group and Texas Health Resources.

Beyond her professional achievements, Aesha enjoys painting, reading, and quality time with loved ones. She’s known for her love of Taco Bell, pizza, and the color black — and brings a bold, data-driven approach to leadership.
