Afsha Muneer

Afsha Muneer is a healthcare operations executive specializing in anesthesia and perioperative services across hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. With a strong background in regulatory oversight, compliance, and multi-site operations, she supports high-performing clinical environments and complex healthcare systems.

Afsha focuses on optimizing anesthesia operations, strengthening clinical workflows, and helping providers and care teams deliver safe, efficient, high-quality patient care. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly a decade in health information technology and compliance as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), building a strong foundation in healthcare data integrity, quality, and regulatory standards.
