Alex Dao
President
Alex Dao has been the President of OrthoMed Anesthesia since its foundation. She has a Master's in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a Master's of Secondary Education from the University of North Texas. Alex is currently working towards her PhD in Educational Psychology with a concentration on Gifted and Talented Education.
With over 10+ years of experience in the anesthesia industry, she has developed a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges of physician practice management, OON billing, and ASC growth strategies. Alex leads the organization in developing best in class company culture practices for sustained employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
In her free time, she likes to garden and travel with her kids.
